Vijay drives the product vision and customer experience for the company, personally overseeing Evergent’s customer relationships among other aspects of the business. Vijay is a business and technology leader with over two decades of experience in building business and operations support systems for leading service providers around the world. Vijay foresaw the need for a nimble yet robust business management platform for the next-generation service providers and launched Evergent in 2007 with a mission to enable the next-generation service providers to succeed and thrive. Prior to Evergent, Vijay founded and led Infotech Solutions, a technology services company that delivered subscriber billing and customer care solutions for leading technology and service companies including Echostar, Lucent Technologies, TCI and Qwest.
Vijay earned a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Charles Breed joins Evergent Technologies, Inc from Amdocs / Vindicia, where he served as Senior Vice President of Business & Corporate Development. In this role he was responsible for driving growth through strategic Partnerships and new Channels. Charles has over 25 years of experience in Consumer Subscriber Life Cycle Management, Business Intelligence, Security and Online Payments. His innovative approach has led to the doubling revenue and market expansion throughmergers & acquisitions, OEM, licensing, joint ventures and IP asset purchase. He served as VP at SAP / Business Objects and Director of Business Development at Symantec whereby he championed the initial funding of Vindicia and was a past board member. Prior to Symantec, he held various Technical and Marketing positions at Hewlett-Packard and Cisco.
Charles holds an MBA from UoP and undergraduate Bachelors degree from University of San Francisco, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
