Responsibilities:
- Define "to-be" business processes touched by the applicable Project to meet key objectives.
- Identify process scope for re-design/improvement.
- Conduct assessment of existing processes and create target processes.
- Conduct analysis of existing processes to understand key issues and challenges.
- Alignment of "to-be" business process design with solution architecture and functionality to maximise OOB usefulness.
- Align TO-BE processes with high level design.
- Ensure that the proposed solution will support business stakeholders to reach the desired “To-Be” business process state.
- Develop TO-BE processes and design so that the handover of processes at the end of the Project to BU.
- Document the Holistic high-level business impact/desired "To-Be" business state (documented as part of the Solution Document).
- Conduct process validation workshops.
Additional Information:
- To manage, maintain, design, streamline existing business processes and provide support to change management.
- To prepare, review & assess business processes for each project and its impact to BSS and BAU operations.
- Coordinate and liaise with all business & operations stakeholders for input, reviews & sign-off.
- The process will aim to reduce project costs by improving efficiency, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources by identifying end-to-end business processes.
- All business process impacts are identified, mapped & aligned with all stakeholders as per the projects & final deliverables are accepted/passed by the stakeholders.
