Job Description:
- Taking care of entire gamut of HR activities and take complete ownership
- Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners
- Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
- Act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
- Carry out innovative employee engagement activities • Handle employee grievances
- Conduct background verification
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Attendance & leave management
- Administer HR Internal control policies and procedures to align with organization direction
- Attending employee queries pertaining to HR Policies & Procedures
- Handle employee separation/exit process
- Employee visa processing for onsite and related travel requirements
- Ability to work and get best out of the individual.
- Taking care of administrative and facilities management
- And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirement, from time to time
Skills required:
- MBA degree in Human Resources or any other related qualification
- Understanding of general HR concepts and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
- Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Flexible to work beyond office hours to complete work
- Matured approach with ability to work unsupervised attention to detail
