Evergent’s Agentic Revenue Orchestration Platform has been named Best of Show at IBC2026 by TVBEurope. The award was announced during the show at RAI Amsterdam and recognizes products that independent industry experts judged to be among the most innovative and impactful on the show floor.
For everyone at Evergent, this recognition means a lot. It came just days after we demonstrated the platform live on the IBC Content Everywhere stage. It also shows that there is growing interest in the approach we have been building.
What We Showed at the CE Stage
Our Chief AI and Product Officer, Ria Kapila, led a session on “Agentic Revenue Orchestration: From Transactions to Revenue Intelligence.”
The idea was simple. As streaming moves into the intelligence economy, profitability increasingly depends on the ability to predict what is happening and act on it in real time. Traditional billing systems are largely reactive, which can lead to revenue leakage and make it harder to introduce new products and services quickly.
During the session, she demonstrated the platform using real revenue data. Six AI agents worked together across the subscriber lifecycle, turning a raw churn signal into a live, personalized retention response.
The Six Agents Behind the Platform

The audience saw six purpose-built agents working together, with each one focused on a different part of the subscriber lifecycle:
- Pricing and Monetization for dynamic optimization and ARPU growth
- Acquisition and Conversion for lifecycle scoring and conversion
- Revenue Recovery for payment anomaly detection and smart retry
- Personalization for one-to-one offers, content, and onboarding
- Retention Intelligence for churn prediction and intervention
- Intelligent Support for omnichannel resolution
Together, these agents help move a subscription business from identifying a signal to taking action. This approach can also reduce the need to build separate processes for different audiences or markets.
Best of Show at IBC2026
The recognition reflects how the platform works in practice. It draws on data from more than one billion users across over 180 countries and supports more than eight billion dollars in annual subscription transactions.
Our churn prediction work covers more than 23 million subscribers, with accuracy reaching the high 90 percent range. The judges recognized a solution designed to help subscription businesses move beyond predicting subscriber behavior and take action based on those predictions.
The Future of Revenue Orchestration
Winning Best of Show reinforces our belief that agentic revenue orchestration is moving from a future concept to something businesses can use today. As competition for household spend increases and subscriber behavior becomes more fluid, we will continue building toward a model where operators can move beyond simply reacting to cancellations and start orchestrating revenue across the subscriber lifecycle.
